Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship our critters and creations:

🪲 Bug Buddies (Live Insects)

We ship Bug Buddies via Express Post to minimize their travel time.

Shipments usually go out Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Each buddy is carefully packed with breathable containers, soft materials, and plenty of love. 💚

Important: Please be home to receive your package so your Bug Buddy doesn’t spend time waiting in harsh temperatures!

🌿 Non-Living Items

All other items (like merch, accessories, or decor) ship within 1–3 business days of ordering.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel is on the way!

🐝 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the type of item.

🦋 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived or seems delayed, please buzz us a message right away at theoddbuggout@outlook.com
