Bug Buddy Back Guarantee

We want every critter and customer to be happy in our hive! 

Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned — so here’s how we handle refunds and returns with kindness and care.

🪲 Bug Buddies (Live Insects)

Once a Bug Buddy leaves our care, their adoption is final.

We can’t accept returns for living creatures — but we guarantee they’ll arrive safe, healthy, and ready to explore!

If something goes wrong during shipping (for example, a bug doesn’t make it), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Send photos and your order number, and we’ll work together to find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

🌿 Non-Living Items

If your item isn’t alive (like merch, decor, or accessories), you can request a return within 14 days if it’s unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at theoddbuggout@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

🪶 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
