🐛 Do you ship Bug Buddies outside of Australia?
Sadly, no — our Bug Buddies are Aussie-only adventurers! 🌏
We can only ensure their safety and comfort with Australia-wide shipping. We want every little leg to arrive happy and healthy.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Bug Buddies: 3–5 business days via Express Post 🚚💨
Non-living items (like merch and goodies): 12–14 days on average
We always package your Bug Buddies with care and weather-safe materials to keep them cozy on the journey!
🏡 Can I collect my Bug Buddies in person?
Absolutely! If you’re local or near Gympie, Queensland (4570), you’re welcome to pick up your Bug Buddies yourself.
Just contact us first to arrange a collection time — we’ll make sure your new buddy is ready to crawl home with you! 🪴💚

💚 Can I adopt more than one Bug Buddy?
Of course! Many of our species love company (and so do we!).
You can adopt multiple Bug Buddies — just make sure you’ve got a big enough enclosure and plenty of fresh leaves. 🌿
🌏 Do you sell or post other insects too?
Right now, we only have our stick insect buddies, but keep an eye on the Coming Soon page — more Odd Bug Out critters will be joining the family soon!
